Mark has over 30 years of experience centered in business operations and human resources. He has held global executive leadership positions at INTEL Corporation, II-VI, Inc., and Educational Management Corporation. He has also served on multiple boards of directors and as a board advisor. Mark earned a BS in Journalism and Telecommunications from Arizona State University.

Mark’s proficiencies lie in all aspects of business operations, especially in identifying and resolving employee and organizational issues. He has a proven track record in developing effective strategies and managing tactics for successful implementation. Mark also has broad experience in compensation, benefits, Human Resources Information Systems, employee communications, and organizational restructuring. His expertise extends into change management and operational improvement in publicly traded, privately held, and not-for-profit settings.

Most of Mark’s career has focused on process improvements to position businesses for success. His overriding philosophy is to develop a passion and respect for designing and implementing tactical and strategic programs centered on qualitative improvements that benefit both the company and the employee.
