Frank has an extensive background as a business owner for over 35 years and is a leader in aligning communication and marketing efforts to develop and foster a strong relationship with clients. As a former Account Executive in the Erie area, he has had the pleasure of working with many manufacturing companies, as well as a multitude of employers in the region. His ability to build upon his past experiences while appreciating and understanding current challenges and opportunities to strengthen the workforce for employers converging business development and service relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, including those internal and external to a client’s organization.

Frank has over 40 years of experience as a business owner. Most recently, he served as an Account Executive for Erie’s Manufacturer & Business Association. His extensive background in manufacturing, operations, and management provides him with a well-rounded perspective in appreciating and understanding the challenges and opportunities to build and strengthen your workforce.

Frank graduated from Mercyhurst College with a degree in history and a minor in business. He is a US Marine Corps veteran. Frank is also District Governor Elect of Lions Multiple District 14-F and is actively involved in community events.
