We began working with J.L. Nick and Associates in 2017. Following an organizational functional assessment, we embarked on a 3-year Enterprise Transformation Project. John Nick and his team have been instrumental in helping us move the organization forward. John was instrumental in conducting an executive search on our behalf to secure our current HR Director. It has been a pleasure working with J.L. Nick and Associates. Their style is engaging and collaborative. They are consistently flexible and responsive as demonstrated by their willingness to adjust deliverables to meet our end goals. We are thankful to J.L. Nick team for providing us with the tools necessary to build toward the ongoing future success of our organization.
