ERIE, April 9, 2021 – J.L. Nick & Associates, Inc., the leader in human resources business solutions in northwest Pennsylvania and the surrounding tri-state region since 1988, announced today the addition of Elizabeth Pellegrino as Partner/Senior Consultant. Pellegrino’s focus will be planning, business development and client support. Beth provides an excellent background, and she will join the other Partners, John Nick, Scott Nick and Mark Novad in developing the growth plans for J. L. Nick & Associates.
Beth brings a dynamic, proven and strategically focused view to J. L. Nick & Associates coupled with a background in all facets of business development and Human Resources. Beth’s major professional strength is identifying and rectifying Human Resource barriers associated with organizational redesign and management development. Her experience and abilities compliment those of our current team and puts J. L. Nick & Associates in a position to expand our client base and strengthen our service offering.
In her Partner/Senior Consultant role at J.L. Nick & Associates, Pellegrino will work with clients and organizations to identify business needs and design solutions that closely align with their missions and business strategies.
Through Pellegrino’s unique ability to focus on all facets of employee/management development and backed by J.L. Nick & Associates’ experience in operational leadership and business transformation, the organization is poised to improve the client experience, delivering increased business efficiency and effectiveness.
In her former position as the Vice President of People and Culture at Whirley-DrinkWorks!, she was responsible for employee development as well as defining the culture of the organization. Her former position provided Beth the opportunity to focus on community relations and development.
